Consultation within the Public system RAMQ

Patients with a shoulder, elbow or wrist problem that wish to consult Dr. Rouleau can ask their family physician or a specialist for a referral through the provincial system, the CRDS. Considering the high demand, requests may be redirected to a colleague within the orthopedic team at CIUSSS NIM that may be available more quickly.

When you come to see Dr. Rouleau, we recommend that you have your complete file, your radiology reports, the CD of your radiology examinations and the consultation request, as well as your up-to-date medication list.

IMPORTANT:  In case of any emergency or acute trauma, please visit your local emergency department. These links cannot manage emergency cases.
